Last time I checked a little chart with poorly labeled axises was not very useful. A) How can you have 3.4 comments. Oh wait, you can't, so don't show it. B) I would love to know the real date it was on with out having to count dots. Counting dots is not what I am looking to do, getting information is.
Seeing as this is the "new and improved" version of Facebook Insights I am disappointed. I don't get any real data from this. Also interesting is even if this was completely working I still would be waiting 48 hours to view the data. 48 hours. Whole countries can fall in 48 hours let alone a Facebook page. Even Google Analytics updates every few hours.
Another problem I have with Facebook Insights is their "Media Consumption" view. In this one chart they expect us to look at our Video Plays, Audio Plays, and Photo views. I would like to see solid numbers to look at this information. Or at least give me a way to export it out of your application. Look at this:
That is downright unacceptable. I don't even have dots to count to decide what day this represents!That's all I have to rant about with the Facebook Insight issues. Four months later and absolutely nothing has improved. And my insights haven't updated in a week, which doesn't make them overly insightful.
